Virginia,

I would not just give it away to just anyone. I paid $70 plus shipping for my hardcover copy which had to be shipped all the way from England. In the past, I have seen copies for sale in the $200-$300 dollar range. Really depends on the condition of the book.

Bodies Are Dust is among the favorites of many noir readers and book collectors. It would be more popular if the book was not so scarce.

The best way to sell your copy? Someone might see your post here and make you an offer by a reply post. A rare book dealer who specializes in mystery, noir, or hardboiled fiction would likely be interested. Ebay is also an option.
